This table describes the subscription scope to be confirmed in your signed Order Form and Feature Schedule before activation. The demo may show capabilities outside a selected plan. Enterprise pricing covers the agreed software license; it does not include unlimited customization, implementation, or third-party services.
How subscriptions work
One seat means one named user. Credentials cannot be shared. Seats may be reassigned when personnel change. Added seats are prorated through the existing term; reductions take effect at renewal.
Annual term and billing. Prices are in USD per seat for a 12-month subscription, invoiced annually in advance and payable within 30 days unless the signed Order Form says otherwise. Renewal requires written agreement. No subscription or charge is created by this website.
Define the total before signing. Taxes, market-data licenses, trading-platform fees, API implementation, custom development, and enhanced support are separate when applicable and must be itemized in the Order Form or Statement of Work. Usage limits, supported connections, and production availability are confirmed there.
Cancellation and refunds. There is no mid-term convenience cancellation or refund under the standard annual plan. Contractual remedies for material breach, unresolved service nonconformity, and applicable mandatory rights remain available under the MSA.
Connect your existing trading platform
Maiar provides software and can scope API connections to compatible customer platforms. Read-only access is the default. Instruction-transmission capabilities require a separate signed scope, permissions, testing, and customer approval. Customers make investment decisions and maintain their own broker relationships. The public demo uses synthetic data.
